Everyone here seems to be bashing Lindows quite hard, sometimes the points are justified, but not always.. As I see it, the Good Thing about Lindows is that it is appealing not to potential Linux users, but potential Windows users.
Getting people off Windows counts for something: people realise that there is an alternative to the current MS hegemony.
My take: Windows is like heroin, Lindows is like methadone: slightly better, and a first step in getting off your MS addiction.
