Wow...talk about ignorance... Do you honestly believe there are enough point-and-click check-boxes to allow a Windows admin to configure security that is equal to what can be achieved through Unix/Linux/BSD conf files? You might be able to fool yourself into believing that, but, c'mon...you're posting on NewsForge.
