"Chwarae teg" (pronounced "wara teg" means "fair play" - chwarae = play, teg = fair.
The "like boyo" is actually called "Wenglish", which is a dialect mix of Welsh and English you tend to hear in South Wales, mainly around the valleys, Cardiff, Newport & Swansea.
