I can't believe that you are at all serious. As a programmer with reasonably good writing schools, I thought the complaint was atrocious. It was so poorly researched and written that I would have been embarrassed to have been associated with it in any way. The complaint was so full of lies and misinformation that nobody familiar with the history of Unix and Linux could possibly take it seriously. I just hope the judge and/or jury members that end up deciding the case are intelligent enough to understand the truth when IBM presents it.
