Something I've been very confused about is - What about the "IP" I've *already* paid for? I bought the "Dark Side of the Moon" LP years ago, then I bought the cassette at least three times, and the CD twice (wear and tear, etc.). If I paid for the "IP" the first time around, why am I repeatedly paying for it? Also, I'm damn certain that there was *no* EULA with the LP/cassette/CD saying that I was "renting" the IP. Sounds like a good case for a class-action lawsuit to me...
