Actually, I dont think Bush is corruptible.
I think he is naive and stupid, but for this reason he is very unlikely to be corruptible. He tends to see the world in black & white and therefor he surely thinks of corruptions as "bad". Therefor he'll never let himself accept any bribe.
Said that, he IS surrounded by powerplayers whom he trusts and who are able to make him do whatever they want. And I would be supprised if none of these guys are corruptible.
So, if you want to bribe Bush, forget it, bribe his advisors instead.
Disclaimer : I have no evidence whatsoever for above psychological analysis, but usually i'm pretty good at judging characters.
