It does show the court that they don't want the infringement to stop It could be so that the infringement is been considered as such but that the rulling will be, it has to be taken out since the community wasn't aware of it, in that case SCO would have to make it public
If I can prove the stole good I got were a gift and I couldn't be aware of the fact it was stolen, I will have to return it but most likely not have to pay
To return the code (figuratly speaking) we have to know what it is
