I think it's also worth to note the open source Partition Magic "clone" <A HREF="http://qtparted.sourceforge.net/" TITLE="sourceforge.net">QTParted</a sourceforge.net>.
It can do whatever Parted can and even more, e.g. safe, non-destructive NTFS resizing. Several distributions already includes it.
