Thought it was good. You have a bunch of folks pissing and moaning about the technical points and trying to defend their work or linux religion.
There are some technical problems with your article (mostly in current technology assessment) but most are benign and I think your wish list would be a decent starting place. It's a requirements wish list not a complete review of the current state of OSes. Calm down people.
