Nopes....
Codetek, which I use since Jaguar 10.2.0 works, and let's you do what you are saying.
For those who like it, you can even do Focus Follow Mouse, and AutoRaise... I personaly never used them even in linux, but some people canīt live without them<nobr> <wbr></nobr>:)
