Resource is the Council for Museums, Archives and Libraries and is a government body providing strategic advice and leadership - they're also responsible for the initiatives like the the People's Network (<A HREF="http://www.peoplesnetwork.gov.uk/" TITLE="peoplesnetwork.gov.uk">http://www.peoplesnetwork.gov.uk/</a peoplesnetwork.gov.uk>) which put banks of computers and broadband into public libraries.
