If you actually "read" the article, you would see that it is donated bandwidth. There are services in California that will give you free bandwidth for non profit organizations, and other such projects.Your senseless drivel is irrelevant to this article.
This is great idea, and it looks like its working out for them. Great job! Cant wait till hits the south bay.
