Traces of the original document, and all related documents at SCO and Microsoft would have to be destroyed. Other documents would have to be destroyed at the companies Microsoft is using to pay SCO. I highly doubt that ESR harmed IBM/RedHat/Novell's cases. If their case was harmed by posting the truth, they should take a better look at their cases. In any case, IBM would have little use for information about who is funding SCO. They have to concentrate on copyrights and code, not cash contributions.
