What about hardware tokens?

Cryptonomicon.Net is running a critique of part one of this article at http://www.cryptonomicon.net/modules.php?name=News &file=article&sid=720. One of the more interesting points brought up in that article is use of "One Time Use" passwords in conjunction with hardware tokens. Such tokens are dropping in price, and when you consider the support cost savings from not having to reset passwords when there's a suspected break-in, it seems like they're a really good option to consider.
