More licenses need to change like this. I appreciate the sentiment expressed by the Samba team when they decided not to change their license to disallow SCO's use, but those kind of sentiments don't win "the battle". SCO loses something "minor" like nmap (not that it itself is minor, but it's use. It's not likely to be used as frequently as Samba), no big whoop. Loose the ability to connect all those Windows boxen to your product, that strikes a financial blow that the SCO board can't ignore.
