I had been exploring the Creative Commons website prior to this conference and was thrilled to see that Neeru was on the agenda as a presenter. Both her presentation and the service that CC provides are excellent.
I have begun to explore the idea of open content in my K-12 work environment and it has been met with quite a bit of paranoia and ignorance. Creative Commons provides users with answers about sharing ideas and creative work without losing (some of) the rights of authorship.
