Savvy? Losing at least half your investment is hardly a savvy move. If I were an investor in BayStar I'd question their judgement in managing their portfolio - seems like they lost their nerve a little too early.
They may be more familiar with doing litigation (which I really don't know), but even if they do I don't know how successful they would be. Don't underestimate them, but don't think they're any more a slam-dunk then SCO.
