Interesting point. Maybe they'll be the death knell of SCO after all.
But, what happens to Unix afterwards? I can't believe that it'll just go into the public domain. Until that happens, I just don't think that this'll end. Maybe BayStar will try to wrangle it? They are only a venture capital firm, though. Should be interesting to see.
