It appears that organizations actually installing Linux (and doing their own cost analysis) are finding significant savings in spite of the fact that paid analysts and their studies report Windows is the better deal. Surely all-knowing analyst figures can't be wrong. Or could they? IT Managers who make their decisions based on magazine articles, take note.
