I think we get enough FUD from the crack-smokers at Microsoft and SCO without zealots spouting rubbish about how bad `old' window managers are. If you did your research you would probably find a large number of Linux users who opt for the less bloated window managers. Why would you assume all articles on Newsforge should be helpful to users? It isn't a Linux support blog, it's news. This is a good article showing zealots like you that there is value in these less-talked about alternatives to the big two `desktop environments'.
