Ad hominem attacks help nobody.
I recall seeing Netcraft publish benchmarks where they had better performance with Windows than Linux; Linux users heaped them with abuse. I felt a bit smug about that.
I don't feel great about this, because there's some similar behavior. Yes, there are errors in the review. It doesn't make Jem a Bad Person. He also has valid points, especially with documentation, which I hope to address.
