Has any ISP ever tried this strategy:
1) trademark their e-mail sending domain (say postman.isp.com) 2) Grant a license to their customers to use that trademark for the limitted purpose of sending e-mail 3) Sue anyone who forges the e-mail address for attempting dilution 4) Profit?
I am not suggesting the above would work, but does anyone know of a case in which it was trierd as a claim?
Hmmm... makes me wonder.
