Although the extensions and bookmarklets mentioned won't work in Konqueror, you can create service menus to do the same job very easily. I created one to do 'Subscribe to Bloglines' - available at <A HREF="http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=16745" title="kde-apps.org">http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=<nobr>1<wbr></nobr> 6745</a kde-apps.org>
I imagine you could do something similar for Flickr, though I don't know the details.
