You can purchase a reporting module from the SugarCRM company along with support. This product deserves more credit than you gave it. SugarSales is competitive compared with large vendors' offers but built on the LAMP platform which means it's more extensable than its commercial cousins.
Next time I want to write a review for a book after only reading the first chapter, I know what site to post it on!<nobr> <wbr></nobr>:)
