I believe you may find what you need with "apt-move".
Use apt-move on your first machine to create an apt-gettable archive from your<nobr> <wbr></nobr>/var/cache/apt/archives , and adjust your<nobr> <wbr></nobr>/etc/apt/sources.list on your other machines to point to that local archive (but keep the other ones, as the local may be incomplete).
