Thanks for a great article. As usual, the technical challenges are trivial compared to the people problems. Ya gotta love a mindset (The CIO and other management twits) that takes all this great code handed to them on a platter, then wants to goof it up and lock it up.
I also appreciate that this was developed for real-world users, and not just the usual gaggle of F/OSS users and hobbyists. The very thought of Windows mentioned in the same breath as medical records should scare the pee out of anyone who expects accuracy and privacy in their medical files.
