Technical challenges are easy to solve, they just take a bit of intellgence, some perserverance and luck. People challenges would be easy too...but not since they outlawed the use of 2x4's...<evil grin>
And your last comment does strike home, tech support at the company used to spend most of it's time hleping people re-load systems or getting around problems caused by a virus/worm or other piece of malware. Since the database was on a Unix/Linux server, it was relatively immune to these problems.
