If this service ever wants to expand there enterprise to other countries they will encounter a little problem in countries that use the dutch language.
Phoneticly flickr sound just like flikker, curse name for gay ppl. So the server will be known here as the gay photo sharing service.
Not that anything is wrong with that, but it could cause some misconceptions about the service itself.
I was under the impression that name research was commonplace when releasing such a thing.
