Here is what they author had to say about Win32's absence:
"I didn't do Win32 because I don't have a copy (licensed or otherwise) of Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 server, pretty simple<nobr> <wbr></nobr>:) I don't know if Microsoft offers an evaluation version, but I don't have the money to spend on a licensed version, and I don't feel like doing a pirated version. The other operating systems are free, so that wasn't an issue."
So, no tin foil hat conspiracies or FUD machines in overdrive - simply a person who is M$ free (and probably loving it.)
