SugarCRM - prettier and more robust / extensible.
Take the demo for a test drive, it feels like a copy&pasted-together<nobr> <wbr></nobr>.Net application. We are mostly a microsoft shop and went with sugar because it's got such a solid backing. The people at the company all have the right background and there's a real company behind it with a vision and a roadmap.
