groklaw has done the same thing. used pdfs from <a href="http://scofacts.org/scofacts.html" title="scofacts.org">http://scofacts.org/scofacts.html</a scofacts.org> and didnt provide the credit to that site and when people tried to post the link credit the comments were hidden.
