Which thin client do you use and what is the cost like?
Almost all of the X terminal thin clients that I have been able to find have been the same price or more than a cheap PC. This is very frustrating to me as, I would much rather use a true thin client machine with no fans or moving parts and the small form factor. Using old machines doesn't really help me except in the cost aspect. Old machines still have fans and sometimes even hard drives, floppies at the least and are prone to failure. They take up too much space, make too much noise and heat and are ready to die at any moment.
