2) You are totally wrong.
A Pentium I 133 MHz with 32 MB RAM will shine as a PXES <a href="http://pxes.sf.net/" title="sf.net">http://pxes.sf.net/</a sf.net> as a thin client in any of the environments you mentioned (RDP, ICA, VNC, XDM, NX, etc.)
