Wizz RSS

Your assessment of Wizz RSS News Reader seems to be based on insufficient research. I find it to be an excellent tool, with resizable tabs and panes for category/channels, feed and article.

You can use the Public list, containing a reasonably large list of usable feeds (the author has stopped updating that list due to unreasonable demands from users), or add your own to the Private list. It natively presents graphics (grabcomics is one of my present stops) and links, etc.

If you have any problem with the Public list, the current version (1.0.3) has the ability to hide it. It also has an OPML import/export function, a weather tab, and is lightweight, can be configured to open as an independent, floating or docked window. What more bells and whistles do you want, when RSS means Really Simple Syndication?

I have found ticker tape readers to be too resource hungry, (I have tried InfoRSS and enews bar, which is non-mozilla) at least at the lower side of the computing hardware spectrum. A tree style of category presentation may be considered superior by some, as it allows you to check any category any time you want.

Right words provide the right encouragement to developers. Uninformed opinions on public fora create a much worse reverse effect. Especially in FOSS.
