commandment one. Never change anything after 4pm.
commandment two. When a user calls with a problem never respond immediately. Give them time to figure it out. If they figure it out for themselves they will remember, if you do it for them they will never learn a thing. (use your best judment on this one)
commandment three never tell users about commandment two.
