Either this guy is a shill or simply deluded. Sure, the Bush Administration is friendly to capitalism -- as long as you define capitalism as consisting of <i>only</i> Fortune500 foreign and multinational corporations.
Small business? Doesn't count.
Balanced budget? Doesn't matter.
If you look at the greatest threats to Open Source -- protectionist political policies and legal departments of these same multinationals -- you'll see the Bush Administration and their cronies behind 99% of them. Open Source is simply too democratic (small 'd') for these good ol' boys.
