Citizens against government waste

outfit. That's pretty much all there is to it.
There isn't anything about Mass's decision that
would rule out Microsoft products. All that
needs to happen, is for Microsoft's products to
fully support (embrace, not extend) OpenDocument.
That's all. Simple. They can compete and compete well, they
just have to do it on a level playing field.
CAGW doesn't like fair games with public oversight
AT ALL.
They resist it at every turn.
