Oh is this the same CA DMV that Oracle and Tandem toke all the captive drivers in CA for the tune of 48m about 4 years ago? When it comes to goverment waste CA DMV has a license to screw it's customers hands down. Hey I have an idea lets do it again in the name of open source.
