I don't run a VM client to load Windows OS. Also, although I do run IE through Codeweavers, I only use it occasionaly to test changes to a web app that I wrote and to troubleshoot browser issues with our PeopleSoft installation. In other words, I don't use IE to "surf the web", I've got Opera for that and it does a much better job. I use IE to test compatibility of web applications in a closed environment. So, when I say I don't worry about viruses, spyware, and adware, I mean it.
There are always things you can do to put your computer at risk. I simply choose not to do them.
