#apt-cache pkgnames|cat -n 18170 This includes 786 "-doc" packages, 2087 "-dev" packages and for example bacula in freebsd has two ports (bacula-server and bacula-client). How do you count this? 14 packages only for one program? So, FOUR THOUSAND less or more in FreeBSD?
