antivirus vendors deserve trashing, but

Now, I agree antivirus vendors deserve good trashing now and then. However, Kaspersky may be right in saying that 'now that the proof-of-concept is released', new threats will come in. It doesn't matter when the code was written; what matters is when it became publicly available.
(And yes, a bug is a bug; kudos to Torvalds.)
