I am sorry for sounding negative or demeaning, but the UN as a whole is nothing but a limp wristed, bureaucratic institution that I have seen. For them to tell me that they don't want an us vs. them just proves my point. Like the other poster said, these countries are not exactly ringing up sales of legitimate versions of Win 2003. So why can't we go in and show them what open and free software can really do. They always fall back on the money side of things, if we get companies to throw enough money at the problem it will go away. Bull Shit that was tried in africa spending millions on rubbers to help stem the tied of aids, guess what it did not work. You wanna know why, because no amount of money can fix STUPID. My rant is done.
