This article does not include a method to induce deafness in the sysadmin, to prevent them from hearing the torrent of whining, threats, and long convoluted explainations of why "I just gotta change one little thing,...".
Smith and Wesson are the answers.
You CANNOT run a system this way, unless you want to spend transfinite time doing all the silly and useless crap the users wanna do themselves for no good reason that you have locked them out of.
Just be able to restore a std, working desktop to the creative luser. Then shoot the bastard.
