Usability may improve and some bugs may get fixed with new releases, but I doubt if the attitude behind VectorLinux can change. If you want cool, skateboarding, pimpled, spaced-out teenager linux out of touch with any practical reality then you may risk trying VectorLinux. Else I would recommend Mepis. I installed/reinstalled about 20 different distros in the last few month or so and VectorLinux is certainly the winner as the most pathetic distro i've seen.
