It's better than Blackboard (probably)

My college uses the Blackboard community system and I have to say I am not at all impressed by it. I don't know what it's like from a prof's or admin's point of view, but the user experience as a student is clumsy and unintuitive. Simple tasks seem to take twice as many clicks as they should (assuming you figure out where to click at all). It does some things right but I wouldn't spend money on it.

I don't know if Moodle is any better, but from trying their demo for a few minutes it looks like at least somewhat of an improvement (plus the bonus points for being Free, of course). I wish my school would look into it.
