And so you have no problems with GNU "stealing" Fraunhoffer/SGS/Nortel/Lucent code but you're up in arms that BSD people borrowed GPL code?

Too bad GPL'ers can't legally access MP3s without violating 100s of patents then STAY THE HELL OUT!
