We need more technically correct people out here..

It was an excellent writeup but it looks as emphasis on user-end desktop boxes were on higher side & server part was left little less in detail. Also to mention, we have to admit that administring a Linux box would need more technically correct IT staff as compare to administring MS windows servers.
So this raise an obvious question among us.. Shall a MS windows server administer would be a good linux administer too or Shall we hire all new staff for administering linux ?
