Hey, you forgot one. Use a web server to communicate howto information, security bulletins, scheduled events, downloads, links, etc. With all the open source CMS out there it can really be a useful waste of time for Joe User. I include a link to my site at the bottom of my e-mail signature. I hate repeating myself and this has saved a lot of my oxygen.
