You can fake either a PPP dialup connection (RFCOMM) or an actual network connection (bnet) over a bluetooth. Either will let you connect another machine to the network.

A bluetooth network is suppose to be pretty localized though. Are you sure you shouldn't be going for 802.11 instead of bluetooth?
