Red Flag Linux and other Chinese Linux and Openoffice distributing companies are notorious for not distributing source code in violation of the GPL for many years now. While it is good that they spread Linux into China, they are also setting a horrible precedent that it is OK to violate the GPL. Just a small warning before you think everything is fine in China.
